BLACKBIRD PINK or BLUE summer dress

This dress is similar in shape to our classic Lucie dress. It is One Size (size 10-20 ish) and designed for an oversize loose fit. It is made from cotton and has a seersucker weave.

MF Blackbirds are rescues/imports. We save manufacturing orphans from landfill. They are carefully chosen to complement MF designs and help build outfits & capsules. Usually black, off-white, or denim, and then refashioned, embellished (trims, paint and/or embroidery), and/or wear/shrink/quality tested by us.

Fit: All our dresses are washed after they are finished so they won’t shrink when you get them home. These dresses measure approx. 75cm across the chest when laid flat, so that's a circumference of about 150cm. Length is approx. 124cm. You can adjust the fit of this dress by tying the sides (or leave untied).

Fabric & care: This dress is made from a cotton seersucker. We recommend you gentle warm machine wash your dress. Check the pockets are empty before putting in the wash and turn inside so the ties are less likely to tangle. Hang on a coat hanger and dry naturally. No ironing!
